This Vinegar from Modena has been matured in cherry casks to add an explosion of flavours and aromas typical of cherry blossoms. ANAMI, literally “admire the flowers” is the famous cherry blossoms to which we are also inspired by the graphics. With a bright colour and a fruity aroma, this seasoning showcase the evolving tradition.
