From the original recipe of the Western Liguria, this is a speciality obtained with first-quality ingredients and prepared mixing the very aromatic basil of our Riviera, with pine-nuts, sheep’s milk cheese, salt, a touch of garlic and extra virgin olive oil. Added to just strained pasta, it sends forth the sweet scent of its Mediterranean flavours.
