The smallest and tastiest artichokes prepared by expert hands while still fresh, removing their outer leaves. They are cleaned and carefully cut and then grilled. Thanks to this particular method of cooking they retain all their texture and fragrance. They are preserved in extra-virgin olive oil, flavoured with the typical herbs of the Liguria region.
