EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

Terre Bormane proposes the extra virgin olive oil OPALINO keeping up the ancient traditions of West Liguria, a land favoured by a privileged climate. This special must of spring is a very rare oil produced occasionally in those years when the olive ripening in the highest zones is prolonged up to April and May. Late in the spring, the olives of Taggiasca quality are particularly ripe and therefore the production is very short and, most of all, limited. So we obtain a sweet extra virgin olive oil with a pale gold colour, a purple opalescence and a very delicate scent. It is a renowned and precious oil appreciated everywhere for its unique characteristics of delicacy and aroma.
