Tuna belly meat is an enexclusive product, prepared with tender pink tuna from the most precious “mare nostrum”. For maximum quality and safety, Albacore tuna is processed and steamcooked immediately after being caught. It is then sliced and placed in glass jars according to an age-old recipe, then allowed to marinate for a long time in olive oil. The result is a tasty, wholesome and highly nutritional food.
